Mike Florio wants Dallas Cowboys boss Jerry Jones not to act ‘cheap’ and pay Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons soon

When in the hell will the Cowboys gonna get their young star players taken care off. Dak Prescott, I don't think he's going to get taken care of this year. What are you going to do about CeeDee Lamb. With each passing day, with each passing contract, the price keeps going up. Then there's Micah Parsons. When are the Cowboys gonna wake up. When are they gonna stop being cheap, short-sighted and not as smart as they think they are, when it comes to dealing with their star players. It keeps blowing up in their faces. Mike Florio said

Essentially Florio asked Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys to act swiftly. Else they would end up paying a bigger price than what is already the standard.

Dak Prescott‘s future is the biggest talking point. After all, he has led the team to 3 straight playoffs in the last three seasons. Yes, there might be question marks as to how far he can take them. But good quarterbacks are not available by the plenty. Especially not one with an expiring contract.

Waiting too long might give the star quarterback mixed signals. Which inevitably might tempt him to take his services elsewhere. Florio wants Jerry Jones to secure the most important position in football soon.

Dallas Cowboys should pay CeeDee Lamb and Micah Parsons before they become too expensive

Mike Florio referenced the recent deals that have been handed out to wide receivers. The numbers are going up. With Justin Jefferson‘s contract coming up for an extension, all possibilities suggest he will end up with a monster contract in his hands. That alone will make the deal for CeeDee Lamb more expensive for the Cowboys.

In the case of Micah Parsons, just like everyone else, Florio feels the Cowboys should just give him whatever money he wants. His impact on the entire defense is second to none. It also adds that he has consistently been one of the best pass rushers in the league. Someone, who can end up having the best contract of any defensive player in the league.

Therefore, according to Florio, the longer Jerry Jones waits to hand out extensions, the more expensive it will get. The Cowboys have a lot of solid players approaching free agency, and they need them if they want to win a Super Bowl.
