Bill Guerin is furiously at work Friday once again for the NHL's trade deadline.
The Wild are heavily linked in trade rumors as they currently sit seven-points out of a wild card spot with just 19 games to play this season. Below are the latest moves by the Wild during a busy trade deadline day.
11:50 a.m. Wild trade Nic Petan to New York Rangers for Turner Elson. Pelton had played just six games for the Wild this season assisting on two goals. Elson has yet to play in the NHL this season and has been a career minor-leaguer, playing just three total NHL games since turning professional in 2011.
